Kirsten Williams has an impressive career spanning over two decades in human resources. Prior to joining ZF Lifetec, she spent nearly 18 years at Boeing in Mesa, Arizona, where she served as a Human Resources Manager. In this role, she was instrumental in solving complex HR problems, developing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Her tenure at Boeing was marked by her ability to enhance employee relations and drive HR initiatives that supported the company’s strategic goals.
Before her long stint at Boeing, Kirsten worked as a Human Resources Manager at 2nd Avenue Design for over two years, where she focused on HR policies and problem-solving. Her early career includes a role as a Human Resources Associate Business Partner/Consulting Associate at Unisys in San Diego, California, where she developed her foundational skills in HR management and consulting.
