Indianapolis, Indiana, United States, August 2024 – Jennifer Belk White has begun her new role as Vice President of Human Resources and Compensation at General Hotels Corporation. In this position, Jennifer will oversee the company’s HR strategy, focusing on enhancing employee compensation and ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term goals.
Jennifer brings a wealth of experience to her new role. She has been a Volunteer Mentor at GLEAM Network since October 2023, where she has contributed to leadership development and mentoring initiatives. Additionally, she has been working as an HR and L&D Consultant under her self-employed consultancy, JBW Coaching and Consulting, where she has been instrumental in career coaching and developing instructional programs for leadership development and management training.
Prior to these roles, Jennifer served as Human Resources Director at Lumina Foods, where she led a team responsible for talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement. Her leadership contributed to increased staff retention and the successful transformation of the talent acquisition strategy.
Jennifer has also held senior HR roles at Mental Health Cooperative and Premier Parking, where she directed HR strategy and operations, improving efficiency, employee retention, and talent management processes.
