Prior to this new role, Liis served as a Technical Recruiter at Trinidad Wiseman for over three years. During her tenure, she excelled in sourcing and hiring top technology talent, significantly improving recruitment processes, and building high-performing teams. Her contributions were pivotal in streamlining recruitment efforts and enhancing candidate and hiring manager relationships.
Before joining Trinidad Wiseman, Liis was a Recruiter at ANCOR Estonia where she led targeted searches for diverse roles, from top management to technical positions. She collaborated closely with clients to understand their needs, ensuring successful matches between candidates and roles while fostering strong client relationships.
Earlier in her career, Liis worked as a Recruiter at Bert & Berta OÜ, where she managed large-scale seasonal projects and contributed to enhancing employer branding initiatives. Her role involved meticulous candidate assessments and strategic selections, ensuring high client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
