Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2024 – Harvard Business Publishing has announced the appointment of Lav Nigam as the new Director of Corporate Learning. In this role, Lav will lead initiatives to co-create leadership development solutions with some of the world’s largest organizations, focusing on impactful, scalable, and timely learning experiences.
Prior to this, Lav served as Associate Director – Corporate Learning at Harvard Business Publishing for approximately 8 years. In this role, he played a crucial part in collaborating with global brands to design and deliver leadership development programs that align with the dynamic needs of the business world.
Before joining Harvard Business Publishing, Lav was a Market Development Manager – South Asia at the Graduate Management Admission Council™ (GMAC™) for about 1 year and 6 months. Here, he worked on strategic partnerships with business schools and corporations across South Asia, expanding GMAC’s influence and client base in the region.
Earlier in his career, Lav held the position of Senior Manager at Pearson for nearly 3 years. He was responsible for executing new partnerships, conducting financial modeling, and managing the process of due diligence to ensure successful deal closures.
