Paramus, New Jersey, United States, September 2024 – Alex Kinney has been appointed as the Director of Learning and Development at Octapharma USA, Inc. In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the company’s learning and development initiatives, ensuring that Octapharma’s employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to support the organization’s growth and innovation.
Prior to joining Octapharma USA, Inc., Alex Kinney served as VP of Sales at Learnerbly for approximately a year. At Learnerbly, he was instrumental in developing a comprehensive sales and go-to-market strategy for the SaaS organization, building and coaching a team of sales professionals, and managing the pipeline to accelerate the sales cycle. His efforts significantly contributed to the company’s growth in the competitive SaaS market.
Before his tenure at Learnerbly, Alex was with 360Learning for about five years, where he held multiple roles, including Mid-Market Sales Manager – North America. He was a founding member of the US Sales team and played a key role in scaling the company’s sales process globally. His responsibilities included coaching sales teams, managing client relations, and representing the company at major HR conferences.
Earlier in his career, Alex worked at Skubana as an Account Executive for nearly two years. He was responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to client handoff, and contributed to revenue generation through new and existing client acquisitions. His role at Skubana further honed his expertise in SaaS sales and client relationship management.
