Paris, Île-de-France, France, April 2025 – Romain Toffolon has joined DiliTrust as Head of Talent Acquisition, where he will oversee global hiring strategy and execution across all business functions. In this role, Romain brings over 15 years of experience in high-growth tech environments, driving talent acquisition strategies, leading large recruitment teams, and scaling global operations.

Prior to joining DiliTrust, Romain Toffolon served as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Doctolib for nearly five years. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in building the Core Services and Campus recruitment teams, launching global internship programs, and scaling talent acquisition operations across Paris and Berlin. His initiatives significantly contributed to the growth of Doctolib’s engineering and services teams.

Before Doctolib, Romain led the Tech Talent Acquisition team at PayFit, where he helped grow the engineering team from 25 to over 70 members. He established scalable recruitment practices to support PayFit’s pan-European expansion across France, Spain, Italy, Germany, and the UK.

Romain also held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Ledger, and previously spent almost six years at Criteo, where he led recruitment for Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams. He began as a Senior Recruiter managing global hiring across multiple business units and markets.

Earlier in his career, he gained international experience at Yahoo!, where he led hiring efforts across France, Spain, and Italy, and at Aston Carter and Madison Black, where he built expertise in technical recruitment and client relationship management.
