Bath, England, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Janine Jones has stepped into the role of Head of Talent Acquisition at Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust, where she will lead strategic talent acquisition efforts across the trust. With a career spanning recruitment in local government, education, and healthcare, Janine brings with her deep expertise in sourcing strategies, stakeholder engagement, and candidate experience design. Her new role focuses on aligning talent acquisition with workforce priorities and ensuring a steady pipeline of skilled professionals for clinical and non-clinical roles.
Before joining the Trust, Janine Jones served as Recruitment Business Partner at Bath & North East Somerset Council for nearly three years, overseeing recruitment across vital services such as Adult Social Care, Children’s Services, and Corporate Functions. She led multiple recruitment campaigns, built partnerships across departments, and embedded marketing and employer branding strategies to strengthen the council’s hiring effectiveness.
Prior to that, she held the role of Recruitment Lead at Wiltshire College & University Centre, where she managed recruitment across academic and professional services roles. Her leadership contributed to operational continuity across five campuses serving over 13,000 students.
Earlier in her career, she held various recruitment roles at Wiltshire Council, where she supported social care and corporate hiring needs, and at Mercedes-Benz Retail Group, where she managed recruitment across 15 locations. She also led recruitment operations for Turtle Bay Restaurants and SA Brain and Company Ltd, building teams across dozens of hospitality outlets.
Her foundational years were shaped in the recruitment and staffing sector, including roles at Caterer.com, CRM Appointments, and Travel Trade Recruitment, where she led large client portfolios in hospitality, travel, and retail.
