New York, United States, September 2024 – Eddie Koehler has taken on the role of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at STO Building Group, where he will lead recruitment strategies and oversee talent acquisition across the company’s diverse operations.
Prior to joining STO Building Group, Eddie Koehler served as Recruiting Manager at Balfour Beatty US for nearly five years. In this role, he was responsible for full life cycle recruiting for the Northwest and Southeast Divisions, focusing on high-level placements from Project Engineers to Business Unit Leaders. He also played a key role in enhancing DE&I hiring, reducing time to fill, and managing vendor relationships.
Before Balfour Beatty US, Eddie was with Allegis Global Solutions for over three years, where he held various leadership roles, including Account Director and Recruitment Operations Manager. During his tenure, he was responsible for the overall leadership and daily management of recruitment resources for Healthcare Accounts, overseeing P&L management, client relations, and operational efficiency.
