Zurich, Switzerland, September 2024 – Zsuzsa Keskeny has been appointed as the new Head of People at Swisslinx, starting in September 2024. In this role, Keskeny will be responsible for leading Swisslinx’s HR functions, including overseeing the global HR team, optimizing people and recruitment processes, and enhancing employee engagement and branding.
Prior to joining Swisslinx, Keskeny served as the Head of People at Nevis Security for approximately 1 year and 5 months. During her tenure, she managed HR operations for over 115 employees across multiple countries, led strategic people projects, and executed comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies.
Before that, Keskeny held the role of Global People Lead at Nevis Security for around 4 months, and previously served as a Senior Global Human Resources Manager for approximately 6 months. Her career at Nevis Security also includes a role as International Human Resources Manager for about 2 years, where she was responsible for HR operations across several regions.
Keskeny began her career as a Human Resources Generalist at AdNovum, where she worked for about 4 years and 4 months. She supported international transitions and implemented HR management tools.
