Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, September 2024 – Fahad AnNassar has taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at TASNEE, where he will be responsible for overseeing the company’s HR strategy and operations, driving talent development, and leading organizational transformations to align with TASNEE’s long-term business goals.
Before joining TASNEE, Fahad was the Founder & CEO of Arabian Cheetahs Management Consultancy, where he led the firm for over 4 years. In this role, Fahad guided strategic projects and advised businesses on HR leadership, organizational development, and performance improvement.
Prior to his entrepreneurial venture, Fahad held the role of Vice President of Corporate Affairs & Human Capital at Arkad Engineering & Construction Company for 2 years. He played a significant role in corporate integration, international negotiations, and human capital strategy for the company.
Fahad also served as HRA Manager at S.A. Talke for 4 years, where he managed HR operations, recruitment, and performance management. He worked closely with universities to foster fresh talent and was a key contributor to business development initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Fahad was the Head of Recruitment at the Royal Commission for Jubail for 1 year, where he handled local and international recruitment and contributed to the development of performance appraisal programs.
