Badnawar, Madhya Pradesh, India, October 2024 – Manmohan Singh Rawat has joined Zeel Climate Clothing as the Head of Human Resources & Administration. In this role, Manmohan will oversee the HR operations and plant administration, managing employee relations, welfare activities, and strategic planning for the company’s continued growth in the textile sector.
Before joining Zeel Climate Clothing, Manmohan served as the Head of HR/ER & Factory Manager at Associated Alcohols & Breweries Ltd for nearly a year. During his tenure, he managed HR activities related to employee relations, recruitment, grievances, and employee engagement, alongside overseeing factory operations and compliance with welfare programs.
Prior to that, he worked at Alok Industries Ltd for four years as an HR Manager in Vapi, Gujarat. Here, he was responsible for compensation and benefits, employee relations, and training & development. His role involved managing recruitment processes and leading welfare activities to ensure a positive work environment across the organization.
Earlier, Manmohan was an HR Executive at Nahar Spinning Mills Ltd, where he handled HR functions such as payroll management, recruitment, employee engagement, and team management in Mandideep, Madhya Pradesh. He was instrumental in implementing welfare activities and improving the employee induction process.
Manmohan began his HR career at Maral Overseas Ltd. as an HR Officer, where he was responsible for managing the recruitment process, welfare activities, and employee relations. His early career also includes a six-year stint at Grasim Industries Limited as an Assistant Officer, focusing on employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
