Helsinki, Finland, October 2024 – Henna Falk has taken on the role of Head of Talent and Culture at Kempower, where she will be responsible for leading the company’s talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development strategies. Henna will focus on fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning talent management with Kempower’s growth objectives in the fast-evolving electric vehicle charging industry.
Before joining Kempower, Henna held various strategic roles at CGI for over six years. She most recently served as Director of Learning and Organizational Development for Finland, Poland, and the Baltics. During her tenure, she led strategic initiatives in performance management, leadership development, and organizational culture building. Henna also spearheaded the design and implementation of talent reviews and career frameworks while championing DEI initiatives.
Prior to her directorial role, Henna was the Learning and Development Lead at CGI, where she was responsible for the creation of learning governance structures, leadership programs, and onboarding systems. Her efforts significantly enhanced the company’s learning culture, aligning global practices with local needs.
Earlier, Henna was a Senior Learning and Development Consultant at CGI, where she managed learning projects across Northern Europe. She successfully led the Learning Management System project and improved learning processes in cooperation with global teams, ensuring they added value to the business.
Earlier in her career, Henna worked at Nokia, where she held roles such as Competence Development Manager and Business Unit Coordinator. During her time at Nokia, she led competence development projects related to emerging technologies such as AI and Cloud, designed onboarding programs, and supported leadership development across various business units.
