Kolkata, West Bengal, India, October 2024 – Moumita Mitra has been appointed as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Employee Branding at McNROE Consumer Products Pvt Ltd, where she will lead strategic initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and build a strong employer brand. Moumita will be responsible for driving talent acquisition strategies and fostering a positive employee experience in alignment with McNROE’s growth objectives.
Prior to joining McNROE, Moumita served at Vodafone Idea Limited for over six years as an HRBP Ops in the Patna, Bihar Circle. In this role, she was responsible for managing HR operations, supporting the entire employee lifecycle, and aligning HR strategies with business goals. Her focus on operational efficiency and employee engagement contributed significantly to organizational growth.
Before her tenure at Vodafone Idea, Moumita was with Idea Cellular Ltd as an HR Operations Manager, where she managed the entire employee lifecycle. Over five years, she played a key role in improving HR processes, employee retention, and operational HR functions.
Moumita’s earlier experience includes working as an Executive Talent Acquisition at Citibank India, where she handled recruitment across PAN India. Her ability to source and hire top talent for various business functions helped Citibank meet its organizational needs during a critical period.
She also held a role as Human Resources Executive at Bharti Infratel Limited, where she was responsible for HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives. During her nearly two-year tenure, she contributed to building strong HR practices that supported Bharti Infratel’s growth.
