Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2024 – Gaurish Wagh has been appointed as the Global People Development Lead India at M&G Global Services Private Limited. In his new role, Gaurish will lead the global development team in India, designing and executing the learning and development (L&D) strategy and roadmap for MGGS. He brings a wealth of experience in leadership development, organizational culture, and strategic human resource planning.
Before joining M&G Global Services, Gaurish Wagh held multiple senior leadership roles. Most recently, he worked as a Keynote Speaker, International Coach, and OD Practitioner, where he was dedicated to enabling organizations to develop emotional intelligence, cultural agility, and next-gen leadership. His approach involved scientific facilitation processes and global coaching practices, delivering measurable outcomes for sustained results.
Prior to this, Gaurish was the Head of Learning & Leadership Development at Credit Suisse for nearly four years. He led strategic learning priorities, managed budgets, and developed talent initiatives for over 9,000 employees across investment banking, wealth management, and corporate functions.
At Sodexo, where he served as Director of Learning & Development for five years, Gaurish oversaw the learning needs of over 45,000 employees. His responsibilities included managing budgets, developing leadership academies, and building talent across various service lines.
