Birmingham, United Kingdom, June 2026 – adi Group has announced the promotion of Ellie Brady to HR Director, recognizing her significant contribution to strengthening the organization’s people function and supporting the Group’s continued growth across the engineering and manufacturing services sector.
The company stated that since joining adi Group in 2022, Brady has played a pivotal role in enhancing the HR function, building a high-performing people team, and supporting managers and employees across the business with a balanced, people-centric leadership approach. She has become a trusted advisor to senior leaders and a key contributor to the Group’s positive and high-performance culture.
In her new role as HR Director, Brady will continue to lead the organization’s people strategy, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining talent while supporting the company’s long-term growth ambitions.
Commenting on her appointment, Brady said:

Prior to her promotion, Brady served as Head of Human Resources at adi Group, a position she held since November 2022. During this period, she led key initiatives across talent management, employee engagement, people development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness while helping strengthen HR capabilities across the Group.
Before joining adi Group, Brady held multiple HR leadership roles across several engineering and industrial businesses. She served as HR Manager for Apex Transmissions Ltd, WMH Transmissions, Lamond & Murray Ltd, and Drive Management Services, where she supported workforce growth, employee relations, talent development, and operational HR strategy.
Earlier in her career, she spent more than seven years with Hayley 247 Engineering Services Ltd, progressing through increasingly senior HR positions including Human Resources Administrator, Human Resources Advisor, and ultimately Group Human Resources Manager. In this capacity, she provided HR leadership across multiple engineering and industrial businesses while supporting organizational growth and people development initiatives.
Over the course of her career, Brady has developed expertise in human capital management, people leadership, employee relations, organizational development, talent management, workforce planning, and culture building across engineering and industrial organizations.
Her promotion reflects adi Group’s commitment to developing internal talent and reinforcing people leadership as a critical component of its long-term business strategy.
