Coppell, Texas, United States, June 2026 – Wolters Kluwer has announced the appointment of Megan Runyon as Vice President, Human Resources – Wolters Kluwer Health, marking a significant leadership move within the global information services and healthcare technology company.
Runyon brings more than 25 years of experience across human resources leadership, talent management, organizational design, workforce transformation, executive coaching, succession planning, change management, and business partnering. Her appointment reflects Wolters Kluwer Health’s continued focus on building leadership capabilities and supporting growth across its healthcare solutions business.
Prior to assuming her new role, Runyon served as Vice President, Human Resources – Tax & Accounting GTM and Global Division Functions at Wolters Kluwer, where she led a team of HR Business Partners supporting executive leaders and business units across the organization. In this capacity, she partnered closely with talent management, compensation, and HR operations teams to align people strategies with business objectives while driving organizational effectiveness and workforce development initiatives.
Before joining Wolters Kluwer in 2021, Runyon served as Vice President, Human Resources – McKesson Technology at McKesson, where she led HR support for a global technology organization of approximately 2,600 employees with a budget exceeding $1 billion. She played a key role in organizational design, culture transformation, and scaling technology functions to support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
Earlier, she was Senior Director, Talent Management at L3 Technologies, where she led talent strategy initiatives spanning talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, workforce planning, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development.
She also served as Senior Director, Talent Management and Strategic HR Business Partner at Freeman Company, supporting senior leadership teams while helping transform and modernize HR operating models, talent acquisition practices, and organizational effectiveness programs.
Runyon spent nearly 14 years with Rockwell Collins, holding several progressively senior leadership positions across compensation, talent acquisition, organizational development, HR business partnering, workforce planning, succession management, and executive talent strategy. During her tenure, she led multiple enterprise-wide initiatives focused on leadership development, organizational transformation, recruiting modernization, compensation strategy, and performance management.
Her professional career began in compensation and workforce planning roles, providing a strong foundation in talent economics, organizational capability building, and strategic workforce management.
In her new role as Vice President, Human Resources – Health, Runyon will oversee the people strategy supporting Wolters Kluwer Health’s global workforce. She will focus on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, succession planning, and culture initiatives designed to support the organization’s continued growth and innovation.
Her appointment comes as healthcare technology and information services organizations continue to invest in talent, digital transformation, and organizational agility to meet evolving customer and industry needs.
