Cleveland, Ohio, United States, October 2024 – Leah Burke has joined Ivy Rehab Network as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, where she will oversee the development and execution of the organization’s talent acquisition strategy. With her vast experience in recruitment leadership and strategic hiring, Leah will play a critical role in helping Ivy Rehab Network continue to expand its team and deliver exceptional care across its 580+ clinics.
Prior to joining Ivy Rehab Network, Leah served as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at SpecialtyCare for nearly three years. In this role, she was responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for a company that operates in over 1,200 hospitals and supports more than 13,500 physicians. Leah’s leadership in talent strategy helped SpecialtyCare position itself for growth while meeting its staffing needs.
Before her time at SpecialtyCare, Leah held the position of Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at Diversicare Healthcare Services Inc. for three years. She led a nimble recruitment team that supported over 6,800 team members in long-term care services across eight states, successfully aligning talent acquisition efforts with organizational goals.
Leah also spent time as a Recruiting Lead at HCA Healthcare, where she contributed to the recruitment efforts of one of the nation’s leading healthcare providers. Her role involved managing recruitment processes and collaborating with senior leadership to ensure the company’s talent strategy met the needs of its 280,000 colleagues across 20 states and the United Kingdom.
Earlier in her career, Leah spent over a decade at Brookdale, the nation’s largest operator of senior living communities, where she progressed from a Recruiter to the Manager of Talent Acquisition. Her contributions helped streamline recruitment operations and enhance the quality of hires across Brookdale’s extensive network of communities.
