Grimsby, Ontario, Canada – October 2024 – Katya Cautillo Braungardt has been appointed as the new Director of People Experience at Andrew Peller Limited. In this role, Katya will lead the company’s centers-of-excellence teams to deliver an ‘extraordinary’ employee experience across the entire HR lifecycle, including attraction, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, and employee engagement.
Katya previously served as Director, Talent and Engagement at Andrew Peller Limited for over two years. She led the talent strategy for 1,700+ employees across Canada, spearheading initiatives like the company’s first-ever Inclusion Council and Women in Wine, an employee resource group promoting gender diversity and inclusion within the company.
Prior to this, Katya held the role of Director of Talent at Andrew Peller Limited, where she managed talent acquisition, onboarding, and leadership development for over three years. She was instrumental in creating a structured framework for managing talent and fostering a culture of continuous development.
Earlier in her career, Katya worked at Starbucks for over 14 years, most recently as the National Learning and Development Manager – Canada, where she designed and executed a comprehensive talent development strategy across the Canadian market. Her earlier roles at Starbucks included Manager of Organizational Development – Americas, Manager of Learning and Development – Corporate, and Recruitment Manager for Eastern Canada, reflecting her extensive experience in HR, talent management, and organizational development.
