In his new role, Brett will oversee the financial strategy, planning, and operations of the company, driving financial performance across diverse construction, machining, and decorative railing projects.
Prior to joining Endres Manufacturing Company, Brett was with Tandem HR, serving as the Chief Data & Analytics Officer for over a year. Before that, he held the role of Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Continuous Improvement, focusing on financial leadership and enhancing organizational efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
Before Tandem HR, Brett was the Chief Financial Officer at The QTI Group, where he played a critical role in the company’s acquisition by Tandem HR. His efforts included sell-side due diligence and implementing data transparency, contributing to the company’s most profitable quarter in over a decade.
Earlier in his career, Brett worked at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP as a Director of Finance, where he led strategic financial initiatives and developed real-time analytics tools to enhance business processes. His career also includes leadership roles at Palmer Johnson Power Systems, where he contributed to significant revenue growth and acquisition integrations.
