Chicago, Illinois, United States, April 2025 – Claire Roth has stepped into the role of Vice President Human Resources, BSP at Brenntag, bringing with her over 15 years of rich experience in global HR leadership, talent management, and organizational development across Europe and North America. In this new role, she will be responsible for aligning business and people strategies across the Brenntag Specialties Platform (BSP), driving culture, engagement, and talent excellence on a global scale.
Claire’s appointment follows her tenure as Global Human Resources Business Partner at Brenntag, where she worked closely with global teams to align HR frameworks with strategic business goals. Prior to this, she served in multiple senior roles at Devro, including Global Talent & Corporate HR Business Partner, where she spearheaded leadership development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational culture transformation.
Before Devro, Claire held various HR and talent leadership roles at Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) over a span of nine years, including Talent Manager & HR Business Partner EMEA, where she was based in Switzerland and led cross-regional talent strategy and workforce planning. Her early career included HR leadership and advisory roles across the UK and Europe with organizations such as Minor Hotels, developing her capability in HR operations, international mobility, and people strategy execution.
With a proven track record in scaling HR operations globally and championing people-first leadership, Claire brings deep strategic insight to support Brenntag’s continued global expansion and culture transformation.
