In her new role, Michelle will oversee global internal communications and public relations for LTIMindtree, ensuring cohesive, impactful brand narratives that drive engagement and strengthen LTIMindtree’s global presence.
Prior to joining LTIMindtree, Michelle served as VP, PR & Corporate Communications at Swiggy for over two years, where she led strategic communication initiatives, bolstered brand positioning, and enhanced public relations efforts in a competitive market. Her leadership brought consistent innovation to Swiggy’s communication framework, shaping a cohesive brand voice across multiple channels.
Her tenure at Amazon as Principal, PR spanned nearly seven years, where she contributed significantly to Amazon’s corporate communications, managing reputation, media relations, and internal engagement in the region. Michelle’s expertise in crafting impactful PR strategies contributed to Amazon’s strong market presence and its alignment with global standards in communication.
At Mphasis, where she held the role of Vice President & Head of Corporate Communications, Michelle led the corporate communication functions for over seven years, driving high-impact public relations initiatives and strengthening internal communications across the organization. Her strategic acumen was instrumental in elevating Mphasis’s brand in an increasingly competitive IT landscape.
Michelle began her career with roles at IBM, EMC Corporation, and Rediffusion DY&R, where she honed her skills in corporate and internal communications, fostering a strong foundation for her subsequent leadership roles in the industry.
