Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States – October 2024 – The Wenger Group has recently welcomed Marcus Neal as the Vice President of Procurement Operations. In this new role, Neal will oversee the expansion and management of The Wenger Group’s procurement business, driving operational growth through new business development and acquisitions.
Prior to joining The Wenger Group, Neal served as the Owner of MN AgSolutions LLC for over three years. There, he provided expert consultancy to agribusiness companies in areas such as Operations, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and Project Management. Through MN AgSolutions, Neal demonstrated his strengths in cross-functional leadership and strategic business planning, advising clients on both short-term projects and long-term operations.
Earlier in his career, he held the role of Market Sector Leader/BD Manager at Interstates for nearly two years. In this position, Neal focused on expanding client relationships and delivering targeted, cost-effective solutions. His role emphasized building partnerships with clients and leveraging Interstates’ multidisciplinary teams for impactful outcomes.
Prior to Interstates, Neal spent approximately eight years at Lansing Trade Group, LLC as Director of Facility Operations. During this time, he managed facility operations on a global scale and developed skills in risk management, operational efficiency, and team leadership. Neal’s extensive background also includes significant roles at Perdue Agribusiness, DeBruce Grain, Inc., and Cargill, where he honed his expertise in operations and facility management.
