Gurugram, Haryana, India, November 2024 – Mangesh Shirodkar has joined Paras Health as its new Chief Financial Officer. With a rich career spanning over two decades, Shirodkar is set to lead the financial strategy and operations at Paras Health, a leader in delivering accessible and affordable healthcare across India.
Before joining Paras Health, Mangesh Shirodkar served as the Chief Financial Officer at Agilus Diagnostics for over five years, where he spearheaded critical financial strategies. His accomplishments included concluding a major acquisition worth INR 700 crore and leading the IPO process, driving IT transformation in finance, and collaborating closely with the MD & CEO on key business strategies.
Prior to his tenure at Agilus Diagnostics, Shirodkar held the position of Regional Finance Controller (South and West) at Fortis Healthcare, where he managed regional financial operations and contributed to organizational growth over nearly five years.
Earlier in his career, he served as Assistant Vice President (Accounts) at Talwalkars and Senior Manager – Finance and Accounts at Wockhardt Hospitals, where he developed his expertise in financial management within the healthcare and wellness sectors.
Shirodkar began his career in accounting with Praxair India Pvt. Ltd., gaining foundational experience that laid the groundwork for his rise in the finance domain.
