New York, United States, December 2024 – Timothy Li has been appointed as the Lead Director, Human Resources Business Partner at CVS Health, the leading health solutions company in the United States. In his new role, Timothy will lead HR initiatives, talent management strategies, and drive organizational development for CVS Health’s diverse and extensive workforce.
Timothy Li has been with CVS Health for over two years, previously serving as Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner. In this capacity, he managed HR efforts for approximately 2,000 colleagues, focusing on analytics, enterprise data, and machine learning groups. His work included driving talent strategies, streamlining internal mobility processes, and developing performance management frameworks.
Prior to joining CVS Health, Timothy served as Employee & Labor Relations Manager at NYU Langone Health, where he handled complex employee relations, compliance, and workforce policies for over a year. Before this, he spent nearly six years at Metro-North Railroad, progressing from Human Resources Business Analyst to Human Resources Business Manager, where he specialized in employee relations, compensation, and strategic HR initiatives for unionized workforces.
Timothy also brings early career experience as a Human Resources Associate at Anthem, Inc., where he led HR advisory efforts, and as a Human Resources Coordinator at S&P Global Ratings, where he provided analytical support and contributed to talent management and workforce optimization strategies.
