With a career spanning over two decades, Tegan brings extensive expertise in HR strategy, employee engagement, and talent management. She will spearhead initiatives to align HR practices with the company’s mission of crafting the world’s best gummies and chocolates while fostering a vibrant and innovative workplace culture.
Before joining Albanese, Tegan served as Vice President, Human Resources (Corp US) at Martin Brower, where she led HR strategies and operations for over a year. During her tenure, she focused on driving employee satisfaction and enhancing organizational effectiveness across the Greater Chicago Area.
Prior to that, she held the position of Senior Director, Human Resources at Reyes Holdings, where she was instrumental in implementing HR policies that supported business growth and employee development. Her strategic leadership extended to roles at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, where she served as Corporate Director of Human Resources, overseeing recruitment, performance management, and cultural alignment initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Tegan contributed to shaping HR practices in leadership roles at organizations like Rampart Supply, AlloSource, and Flatiron Construction, where she gained valuable experience in compliance, training, and organizational development.
