Before joining BWE, Alicia served as Senior Vice President, People at Accuserve Solutions, Inc., where she oversaw the people strategy for 600+ employees during a period of rapid growth and transformation. Her tenure included spearheading M&A integrations, scaling the workforce, and optimizing HR systems, significantly reducing administrative costs while enhancing the employee experience.
Prior to that, she held several leadership roles at Libbey, including Director, People Operations & Total Rewards, where she led HR initiatives for over 1,500 employees across the Americas. Alicia’s expertise in organizational restructuring, succession planning, and employee engagement has been pivotal in driving business growth and operational efficiency.
Her career journey also includes impactful roles at Sandler & Travis Trade Advisory Services, Inc., The Spiratex Company, and ProMedica, where she demonstrated excellence in talent management, cultural transformation, and HR innovation.
