Prem’s earlier career includes notable contributions in the Indian Army, where he gained extensive leadership and organizational skills. He also held roles in Punwire, based in Chandigarh, and had a brief stint in the Tea Industry in Assam, enriching his diverse professional journey with valuable cross-industry insights.
