In this capacity, Kirk will lead the company’s HR strategy and operations, driving employee engagement, retention, and organizational development across Howden’s worldwide network.
Kirk joined Howden in June 2022 as Group Head of Reward, where he was responsible for designing and implementing global rewards strategies and fostering an employee-centric culture. His innovative HR leadership and strategic execution made a significant impact on the organization’s people policies and processes.
Before joining Howden, Kirk served at Arrow Global Group Plc for nearly four years, where he held roles including HR Director, Fund and Commercial Asset Management and Risk, and Group Head of Performance and Reward. During this tenure, he played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s performance strategy and reward frameworks.
Kirk’s career also includes roles such as Head of HR, EMEA at GAIN Capital, and Lead HRBP, IB Technology at Barclays, where he led HR initiatives focused on talent management, diversity, and organizational design. He has also contributed to the HR transformation journey at firms like Citadel LLC, RBC Capital Markets, and Marshall Motor Group, further showcasing his versatile expertise in HR leadership.
