Prior to joining Intact, Akanksha spent eight years at Rogers Communications, rising to the role of Head of Talent Acquisition. Akanksha began her career in rotational programs at Loblaw Companies Limited and RBS, building foundational experience in HR planning, talent retention, and leadership development.
