In this elevated leadership role, Waleed will oversee enterprise-wide human resources strategy, organizational development, talent management, workforce planning, and cultural transformation initiatives across Nesma’s diversified business operations.
Waleed’s promotion reflects a remarkable journey of internal advancement at Nesma, where he has steadily progressed through increasingly senior HR leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Corporate HR Manager, following his tenure as HR Manager, where he successfully led all major HR functions including compliance, Saudization programs, policy automation, recruitment strategy, diversity initiatives, employee engagement, performance management, and talent development. His work has been instrumental in modernizing HR systems and aligning people strategies with corporate objectives.
Earlier in his career at Nesma, Waleed held roles as HR Supervisor, HR Coordinator, and CSR Coordinator, building deep expertise across talent acquisition, HR operations, succession planning, employee relations, social responsibility, and organizational support. This comprehensive career path has provided him with a unique end-to-end understanding of human resources, employee lifecycle management, and corporate culture development within one of Saudi Arabia’s leading enterprises.
Before joining Nesma, Waleed also gained foundational administrative experience with Al-Bir Society, further strengthening his professional capabilities.
