Singapore, September 2025 — AIA Singapore has appointed Laura Ann Yeo as Head of Talent Acquisition & Development. In this new role, she will lead strategies to strengthen AIA’s talent pipeline, accelerate leadership development, and drive a culture of excellence across the organization.
Laura brings more than 20 years of experience in insurance, health benefits, and corporate solutions to her new position. She has spent the past seven years with AIA Singapore, where she most recently served as Head of Agency – Alexandra. Prior to this, she was Head of Sales Marketing, Corporate Solutions, driving large-scale sales initiatives and expanding AIA’s reach in the corporate sector.
Before rejoining AIA, Laura held key leadership roles at Cigna Health Benefits, where she worked in business development and client management, enhancing corporate client relationships across Singapore and the region. She also served as Senior Agency Sales Director at Zurich Insurance, where she grew the agency force and successfully led business transformation projects, including a high-impact corporate roadshow.
Earlier in her career, Laura built a strong foundation at AIA Singapore as Director of Agencies, where she developed and executed successful campaigns, coordinated cross-functional operations, and supported the elite MDRT Vision Team. Her earlier experience also includes a leadership role at AIG and management exposure at SIA Engineering Company, where she contributed to process and service efficiency.
