Atlanta, Georgia, United States, December 2024 – Scott Katz has taken on the role of Chief Talent Officer at Invesco Ltd., where he will oversee global talent management, development, and organizational strategies. With nearly two decades of leadership experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development, Scott is poised to lead transformative initiatives that will further strengthen Invesco’s high-performance culture.
Before joining Invesco, Scott was the Global Vice President of Talent, Learning, and Employee Experience at NCR Voyix, where he led strategic initiatives for talent acquisition, management, and learning for over a year. Prior to that, he served as the Global Vice President of Talent, Learning & Employee Experience at NCR Corporation, playing a critical role in shaping the organization’s talent and development framework.
At Truist, Scott held the position of SVP, Talent Management for nearly three years, leading enterprise-wide talent strategies. His tenure at SunTrust saw him advance from Group Vice President of Learning to Senior Vice President, Learning, Leadership & Talent, where he delivered robust solutions for talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership development over five years.
Earlier in his career, Scott contributed to Turner Broadcasting, where he spearheaded global talent management and executive development programs. His roles at The Home Depot further reflect his expertise in leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
