Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, May 2026 — Sandeep Bist has joined Sterling Tools Limited as Head – HR & Administration for the Fasteners Business, marking a significant leadership move within India’s automotive manufacturing ecosystem.
Before joining Sterling Tools, Bist served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Spark Minda, where he led leadership hiring, employer branding, stakeholder management, process improvements, and talent fitment aligned with organizational needs. He also previously served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Spark Minda, leading HR operations and people initiatives with a dedicated HR team.
Earlier, Bist worked as Senior Manager Corporate Human Resources at MOTUL, further strengthening his exposure to corporate HR strategy and organizational capability. He also held an earlier HR leadership role at Spark Minda as Human Resources Manager, supporting people processes, talent strategy, and workforce initiatives.
Prior to this, he served as Deputy Manager at RACL Geartech Limited, where he contributed to HR best practices, talent acquisition strategy, KRA-based performance management systems, employee engagement, training and development, change management, and organizational restructuring.
His earlier experience includes HR roles with Oerlikon Graziano Trasmissioni India Pvt. Ltd., Prearey Lall & Sons (E.P.) Ltd., and Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd., where he built strong expertise across talent acquisition, training, performance systems, compliance, employee engagement, corporate communication, HR policy development, and organizational branding.
With strong experience across automotive, manufacturing, talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, and administration, Bist is well-positioned to support Sterling Tools’ fasteners business and strengthen its people and administration agenda.
