Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2026 — Prashant Gazipur has started a new position as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Delhivery, marking a significant leadership milestone for one of India’s largest integrated logistics companies. In this expanded role, Gazipur will lead Delhivery’s in-city operations, oversee the company’s capacity ecosystem, and build its franchisee business to drive direct sales and operational scale.
Gazipur has been associated with Delhivery since July 2024, when he joined as Senior Vice President – Operations, where he played a critical role in strengthening the company’s logistics infrastructure, operational efficiency, process excellence, and large-scale supply chain execution. His elevation to COO reflects Delhivery’s confidence in his operational expertise and strategic leadership capabilities.
Before joining Delhivery, Gazipur served at Ecom Express as Country Head – Operations and Chief Process Officer, where he led nationwide logistics operations, process transformation, cost optimization, and network standardization for one of India’s leading technology-enabled logistics providers. Earlier, he held the role of Vice President and Chief Process Officer, where he focused on process excellence and operational resilience.
Prior to Ecom Express, Gazipur built an extensive leadership journey at Paytm, where he held multiple senior roles including Head – Payments Merchant Management, Business Head – Paytm Wholesale, National Head, Customer Acquisition, and Head of Operations – Paytm E-Commerce. During his tenure, he led large-scale merchant operations, logistics, customer experience, supply chain innovation, and new business expansion across millions of merchants and customers.
Earlier, Gazipur was part of Amazon India’s pioneering logistics team, where he spent nearly five years in leadership roles across network expansion, compliance, corporate affairs, regional operations, and logistics innovation. His contributions included building Amazon’s last-mile delivery network across India, scaling delivery ecosystems, and driving logistics transformation at national scale.
Gazipur began his career as a Design Engineer at STMicroelectronics and is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad), where he completed his PGDM and graduated in the top 5% of his batch.
With leadership experience spanning logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, operations, payments, process excellence, and large-scale business transformation, Gazipur brings deep strategic and executional strength to Delhivery’s next growth phase.
