Hodgkins, Illinois, United States, December 2024 – Voyant Beauty, a leading full-service partner in the personal care and beauty industry, has announced the appointment of Brad Schechtman as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. Schechtman will join Voyant’s executive leadership team, reporting to Ed Byczynski, Voyant’s CEO, and will play a pivotal role in steering the company through its next phase of transformational growth.
Mr. Schechtman joins Voyant Beauty, bringing two decades of financial experience in several manufacturing industries. Most recently, Brad served as CFO of Covercraft Industries, an automotive accessories manufacturer. Prior to Covercraft, Mr. Schechtman served as CFO to Voyant’s current CEO when both held senior positions at Duraco. Ed Byczynski became Voyant’s CEO in October. The company believes this familiarity and previous collaboration are added benefits.

Bill Saracco, the current Voyant CFO, had previously scheduled his retirement for year-end. Voyant acknowledges his contributions and thanks Bill for his dedication and leadership.
