With a career spanning over two decades across multiple industries and geographies, Vladan’s appointment marks a significant milestone in Dstny’s commitment to innovation and excellence in the cloud communication sector.
Before joining Dstny, Vladan served as Vice President of Human Resources for Global Delivery Centers and Technology at Akkodis, where he successfully transformed operations and aligned organizational structures across four countries: Romania, Bulgaria, Morocco, and India. His leadership was pivotal in driving people-centric change and resolving complex international challenges.
Previously, he was Corporate HR Director at Akka Technologies, where he led global HR initiatives, transformation projects, and post-merger integrations, creating a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive organizational culture. Vladan also held leadership roles at AB InBev, PwC, and Allnex, demonstrating a consistent ability to deliver impactful HR strategies across Europe, the US, and other regions.
His earlier experiences include leading compensation and benefits, talent management, and HR consulting for prestigious organizations like KBC Bank, Donaldson, and PwC, as well as serving in advisory capacities in multiple countries.
