Before joining FinThrive, Amy Brashear served as the Executive Vice President of People at Blended Health, where she led HR strategies for almost a year, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Prior to that, she held the role of Vice President Human Resources at AccentCare, Inc., where she led HR initiatives for over a year, supporting the company’s workforce transformation and operational efficiency.
At HMS, Brashear dedicated nearly eight years, starting as a Director, HR Business Partnership, and rising to Senior Director, Human Resources and eventually Vice President, Human Resources. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in enhancing organizational development, employee engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
Earlier in her career, she contributed significantly as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Mosaic Sales Solutions, where she focused on strategic learning and development initiatives. She also served as a Learning Manager at American Express Business Travel, honing her expertise in employee training and professional growth.
