Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2024 – Brink’s Inc. has announced the appointment of Sandip Kulkarni as Regional Human Resources Director, APAC & IMEA. In this expanded role, Sandip will oversee human resource strategies across the Asia-Pacific, India, Middle East, and Africa regions, driving initiatives that align HR operations with Brink’s business objectives.
Sandip brings over two decades of HR leadership experience, including organizational transformation, talent development, and strategic HR interventions. His expertise in building cohesive teams and aligning HR practices with corporate goals will be instrumental in supporting Brink’s global mission.

Sandip has been with Brink’s Inc. for nearly two years, previously serving as the Regional Human Resources Director, Asia Pacific. Before that, he held dual roles as Managing Director & CHRO at Brinks India Private Limited, where he spearheaded leadership initiatives and drove business growth across India. His tenure at Brink’s is marked by strategic HR planning, cultural transformation, and operational excellence.
Before joining Brink’s, Sandip was the Director of Human Resources at Renfro Corporation, where he developed HR frameworks to support the organization’s growth. At WestRock Company, he served as Director of Human Resources, driving talent strategies and workforce planning for nearly six years. Earlier in his career, Sandip held leadership positions at General Mills, where he managed human resources for their India operations.
Sandip Kulkarni holds a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management from Pune University, specializing in HR, labor laws, and personnel management. His academic foundation has significantly contributed to his success as a seasoned HR leader.
