Leah brings a wealth of experience in strategic HR leadership, organizational effectiveness, and talent management to her new role, where she will lead human resource operations to support Valle del Sol’s mission and growth initiatives.
Leah Terrano joins Valle del Sol after serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Elevation, where she spearheaded HR strategies across multiple states, ensuring alignment with business goals while driving employee engagement and compliance. She played a key role in building a strong, values-driven culture through data-driven HR practices and leadership collaboration.
Prior to Elevation, Leah spent nearly two years as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Offerpad, a rapidly growing real estate tech startup. She partnered closely with C-suite executives to implement workforce development strategies, improve retention, and drive HR solutions during the company’s fast-paced expansion.
Leah also served as Human Resources Manager at E Energy Adams, LLC, managing HR operations for a 24/7 renewable energy manufacturing plant. She focused on operational efficiency, compliance, and enhancing the overall employee experience. Earlier in her career, Leah honed her expertise as an HR Coordinator with GSK/Novartis Consumer Health, where she oversaw HR processes for over 600 employees, including onboarding, training, and employee resource group initiatives.
With over a decade of experience across industries like health care, renewable energy, and tech, Leah has built a robust skill set in employee relations, strategic workforce planning, organizational leadership, and HR policy formulation.
