In this role, she will lead HR transformation, workforce strategy, and talent management, ensuring that the organization continues to foster a strong people-centric culture.
Puja brings extensive HR expertise from her tenure at Flipkart, where she held multiple leadership roles, including HR Partner II – Process Excellence and Lead HR Partner II – Workforce Management. She played a key role in developing HR guidelines, driving change management, and implementing workforce solutions that enhanced efficiency and compliance across operations.
Prior to Flipkart, Puja held key HR leadership roles at kitchens@ – Loyal Hospitality Pvt. Ltd, where she was Senior Manager – HRBP and Human Resources Manager. During this time, she led HR strategy, employee engagement, and payroll management for a large workforce, ensuring seamless HR operations and policy execution.
Her previous experience includes roles at log.os GmbH & Co. KG, CIEL HR, and Randstad India, where she was instrumental in HR process automation, talent acquisition, and workforce planning. She also played a significant role in structuring HR operations for startups and large-scale organizations.
