Vilnius, Vilniaus, Lithuania, December 2024 – Sandra Meskauskaite-Stepsiene has been named Chief Conference Business Development Officer at Delfi.lt, a leading media channel in Lithuania. In her new role, Sandra will focus on advancing Delfi.lt’s conference and event initiatives, leveraging her extensive expertise in communication and strategic development.
Sandra has been with Delfi.lt for over five years, serving in various leadership roles. Most recently, she was the Chief Administrative Officer, where she spearheaded organizational development and hybrid work strategies. Before that, she led as Head of Conferences and Events, overseeing the planning and execution of major events, including the Baltics’ largest innovation and progress conference, LOGIN.
Prior to Delfi.lt, Sandra held key positions at Ad verum Communication Agency, where she served as Executive Director, managing a team of 14 PR specialists and overseeing projects for major brands like Nike and WizzAir. She also contributed as a PR Consultant, providing expertise in crisis communication, corporate communication, and event management.
Sandra’s earlier roles include serving as Communications Manager at Air Lituanica Airlines, where she developed and executed marketing and PR strategies in multiple countries, and Public Relations and Communications Manager at Vilnius International Airport, focusing on the company’s public image and marketing efforts.
