Toronto, Ontario, Canada, April 2026 — Kristina Fox has started a new position as Director of Human Resources at Toronto Marriott City Centre, bringing with her extensive experience across hospitality, talent management, and academic leadership.
In her new role, Kristina will lead the hotel’s human resources strategy, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and building a strong service-oriented culture to enhance both employee and guest experiences.
Prior to joining Toronto Marriott City Centre, Kristina Fox served as Director of Human Resources at Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites Ottawa Downtown, where she led HR initiatives for over four years, strengthening talent management practices and organizational capability.
In addition to her corporate HR experience, she also served as a Professor of Hotel and Restaurant Management at Cégep Heritage College, contributing to the development of future hospitality professionals over a decade.
Earlier in her career, Kristina held commercial and operational roles in the hospitality sector, including Sales Manager at Fairmont Château Laurier and Sales Manager / Guest Services Manager at Delta Hotels, where she developed strong expertise in guest experience and service excellence.
She holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Tourism Management from Royal Roads University, reflecting her strong academic grounding in the hospitality industry.
With a unique blend of operational, HR, and academic experience, Kristina brings a holistic perspective to people leadership in the hospitality sector.
