In this expanded position, Michelle will continue to contribute to the company’s innovative approach to personal and home care products while fostering a strong operational and people-focused strategy.
Michelle brings over two decades of leadership experience across industries. Prior to her current role, Michelle served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at al.ive body® for eight months, where she demonstrated exceptional financial stewardship and a deep commitment to organizational excellence.
Before joining al.ive body®, Michelle spent seven years at DPS Publishing, where she was the Chief Executive Officer for five years. In this role, she led the company through a comprehensive restructuring, marketing overhaul, and strategic growth initiatives, significantly increasing revenue and reducing expenses. Her ability to navigate complex challenges during the pandemic without job losses showcased her exemplary leadership.
Michelle also held roles as CEO at Hello Leaders and HelloCareAU, where she successfully launched new businesses, expanded revenue streams, and implemented innovative operational processes. At Respite, Disability & Aged Service Provider, she pioneered NDIS funding implementation and expanded services across regional areas, leaving a lasting impact on the community.
Earlier in her career, Michelle served as General Manager/CFO at Solar SA/FGE Global and ran her own successful accounting business, Personalised Tax and Accounting Services, gaining hands-on expertise in financial management and business strategy.
