Previously, she spent seven years at Allegis Global Solutions, where she held roles including Global Director, Human Resources – Employee Experience and Global Senior HR Business Partner, spearheading strategies that enhanced employee engagement and organizational change.

At DoublePositive, Kara served as Director of Human Resources, where she built and managed the HR function, implemented policies, and contributed to the company’s growth. Her career also includes HR consulting roles, leadership at PwC as Manager – Human Resources, and contributions to financial advisory and organizational restructuring at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
