Dubai, United Arab Emirates, December 2024 – Shweta Singh has joined Duckhams Oils as the Head of Human Resources – Global. In her new role, Shweta will oversee HR strategies and initiatives for the iconic British lubricant brand, leveraging her extensive experience to foster organizational growth and global workforce alignment.
Prior to her current role, Shweta served as Human Resources Manager at GP Global Group for over two years. Based in Sharjah, UAE, she led personnel management and HR operations, driving efficient processes to support the organization’s diverse workforce.
Before this, Shweta held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at GP Global MAG LLC for nearly four years in Dubai, where she successfully managed HR functions, including strategic workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Shweta worked as an HR Business Partner at ASPAM Indian International School, contributing to the institution’s talent acquisition and development strategies. Her efforts ensured a strong organizational culture that supported both staff and students.
Shweta’s HR journey began with her role as Assistant Manager – HR at Gulf Petrochem Pte. Ltd., where she spent five years managing key HR functions, laying the foundation for her leadership capabilities in the industry.
