Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, December 2024 – Noeleen Jones has joined LivTours as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In her new role, Noeleen will oversee company and departmental budgets, develop and execute financial strategies, and enhance accounting processes to support the organization’s sustainable growth. Additionally, she will manage tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions and provide strategic insights for executive decision-making to drive operational efficiencies and market expansion.
Before joining LivTours, Noeleen served as Chief Financial Officer at Weston Airport for three years, where she managed all financial activities, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and compliance. She played a pivotal role in financial modeling for capital expenditures, overseeing a fixed asset register of €26 million, and leading HR functions, including employee engagement and policy creation.
Earlier, she held the position of Finance & Administration Manager at Emirates for nearly a decade. Her responsibilities spanned regional financial compliance, KPI analysis, and credit risk management. Noeleen also contributed to commercial project evaluations, vendor contract negotiations, and the successful implementation of credit risk policies. She received recognition for her leadership by serving as Acting Regional Finance Manager across several international locations and being elected Chairperson of the Airline Passenger Joint Committee in 2017.
Noeleen’s early career includes roles such as Management Accountant at Integrated Utility Services Limited, where she prepared monthly management accounts, and Assistant Accountant at organizations like Readymix Group Services and IWP (Irish Wire Products), where she honed her skills in financial reporting and compliance.
