Greater Boston, United States, December 2024 – Minuteman Security & Life Safety has announced the appointment of Liz Boivin as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, Boivin will lead the company’s HR strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development to support Minuteman’s mission of delivering unified security and safety system solutions across diverse industries.
Boivin joined Minuteman Security & Life Safety in 2024 as Vice President of Human Resources, where she spearheaded efforts to enhance the company’s HR policies and drive workforce development initiatives. Her commitment to excellence and people-first leadership paved the way for her elevation to CHRO.
Before Minuteman, Boivin held various HR leadership roles at Advarra for nearly nine years, including Senior Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources & Administration. At Advarra, she was instrumental in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that improved employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
Earlier in her career, she gained extensive experience as Human Resources Manager and Generalist at Forte Research Systems, where she supported HR operations and fostered a culture of collaboration and innovation. Her background also includes recruitment leadership roles at Parts Now LLC and Cleary Building Corp., as well as operational management experience as District Sales Leader at PepsiCo – Frito Lay.
