With over a decade of experience in HR management and healthcare operations, Kellett is poised to bring transformative leadership to her new role.
Kellett joined HCA Healthcare in 2018 as a Human Resources Business Partner, where she excelled in employee relations, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives. During her tenure, she introduced peer interviewing for new hires, organized hiring events, and significantly improved HR analytics and retention strategies. Her success led to her promotion to Human Resources Manager in 2024, where she further demonstrated her expertise in aligning HR functions with organizational goals.
Before joining HCA Healthcare, Kellett served as Human Resources Coordinator at Orange Park Medical Center, where she managed onboarding processes, employee rewards programs, and compliance tracking. Her early experience also includes roles as an Education Coordinator and Intern at Orange Park Medical Center, where she developed retention programs for nurses and streamlined policy updates.
Earlier in her career, Kellett gained valuable operational insights as a Medical Biller at E.J. Tucker Medical Billing and as a Special Project Assistant at Ponte Vedra Plastic Surgery, showcasing her ability to manage both HR and administrative functions effectively.
