Wilmington, Delaware, United States, January 2025 – Amy Stengel, JD, has stepped into the role of Chief People Officer at Best Egg, where she will lead the company’s Human Resources function and serve as a member of the Executive Team. Amy’s strategic leadership and expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s HR strategy, fostering diversity, and advancing employee engagement.

Amy’s journey at Best Egg reflects her dedication to HR innovation and excellence. Before her promotion, she served as Head of Human Capital, overseeing HR strategy, operations, and talent functions, including Learning & Development, DEI, and Talent Management. Earlier, as Head of Learning and Development, Amy was instrumental in driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement during a period of rapid growth.

In addition to her contributions to Best Egg, Amy is a passionate educator and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware, teaching courses on managing diversity in organizations. Her extensive background also includes her tenure at the Women’s Leadership Initiative as Program Director, where she spearheaded programs to promote gender equity and leadership development.

Before joining Best Egg, Amy established Intentional Aim Consulting, LLC, where she designed and implemented Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies for organizations. Earlier in her career, she spent over 13 years at Wilmington Trust, holding various leadership roles, including Group Vice President and Managing Director, showcasing her expertise in strategic planning, talent development, and business management.
