Stratham, New Hampshire, United States, January 2025 – Lindt & Sprüngli USA has appointed Monya Fiore as the Vice President of Human Resources. In this new role, she will lead HR strategies for the premium chocolate manufacturer, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, and performance management to support the company’s continued growth and success.
Monya Fiore most recently served as Senior Director of Human Resources at Procter & Gamble, where she led HR initiatives for the Grooming North America Regional Business Unit and the Greater Boston Sites. She played a critical role in diversity and inclusion efforts, workforce planning, and leadership development strategies during her tenure.

Prior to this, she held multiple leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, including HR Leader for Global Grooming Diversity & Inclusion and Senior HR Manager for the World Shaving Headquarters in Boston, where she managed HR operations for over 1,400 employees. She contributed significantly to site culture enhancement, employee engagement, and talent development strategies.
Earlier in her career, Monya served as HR Manager for the South Boston Plant, where she supported operations related to technical functions and employee relations. Before entering corporate HR, she spent five years working in sales and customer service roles with Gap Inc., developing foundational leadership and people management skills.
